HOW?
Following a successfully proven step-by step method Lexie will work together with you and your team to focus on your vision, bringing direction and clarification to your managers and team. You will reap the benefits of a happy team working together to inspire happy members!
Step One
Following a face to face meeting or call, Lexie will offer you a tailor-made package to address your priorities.
Step Two
She will visit your Club/Company (mystery shop) , give constructive feedback and coach you on how clarify your vision and brand to appeal to your customer base, resulting in establishing a niche in today’s competitive market.This will include social media strategies, webpage and communication within the club, giving an identity that sets you apart from the rest.
Step 3
This will be followed by a one-to one executive coaching to clarify vision,goals and expectations and to address any obstacles. Strategies and actions based on the mystery shopping experience and one to one session will be compiled.
Step 4
A coaching/training seminar will follow with your line managers based on the prior executive coaching session. It will include exercises to establish their strengths and give them successful strategies taken from Lexies own authentic experiences of world class practises.They will learn from observing the best and adapting them to fit the needs of the club, as well as brainstormimg and creating their own ideas. Special attention will be focussed on understanding and motivating different personality types, creating magic moments, establishing points of contact for the members and creating the members experience.
Step 5
Team day.. A day of team-building to establish and instil the vision, mission and credo of the club. Practical activities will be given for the group to work on , so that the team members learn to take ownership and responsibility in establishing the club to become world-class and stand out from the rest.
It will be fun, entertaining but packed with know-how from Lexies own experiences in the Industry in leading a successful, outstanding team!
Step 6
Action Plans will be created by each team member.
Step 7
A follow-up coaching (either face to face-email-telephone] will take place one week later to keep the actions on track and to measure the reactions and success of the plans.
